This unique project was located directly behind Birmingham’s iconic Bullring Bull, in one of Europe’s most photographed retail destinations. The scale and complexity of the fit-out made this one the most demanding projects thus far, yet it was still completed in time for Christmas, amid a tight deadline.

Key Highlights:

1) High-Profile Location: Delivered Nike’s new-generation Rise concept store in Birmingham’s Bullring Shopping Centre, creating a standout space in a world-renowned location.

2) Innovative Design: Led the design and implementation of bespoke ceiling installations and other custom features to reflect Nike’s cutting-edge brand identity and products.

3) Complex Logistics: Navigated extensive logistical challenges in a high-traffic, live shopping environment. Coordinated and oversaw all site operations, deliveries, and schedules with precision to ensure safety and efficiency.

4) Timely Delivery: Despite numerous last-minute variations, the entire project was completed on time for Christmas, meeting a critical deadline and exceeding client expectations.

Shoosmiths – 103 Colmore Row

This was one of the most visually stunning and high-end office spaces I’ve had the privilege to work on. Shoosmiths’ workspace at 103 Colmore Row combines luxury and functionality, creating a lasting impression on everyone who visits.

Key Highlights:

1) Iconic Location: Delivered Shoosmiths’ 28,449 sq ft workspace across three whole floors in Birmingham’s most prestigious office building, 103 Colmore Row.

2) Luxurious Design: Achieved a hospitality-style finish with bespoke joinery, opulent interiors, and custom installations that reflect Shoosmiths’ commitment to world-class excellence.

3) Live Environment Challenges: Coordinated all works in a live building while managing noise control and safety protocols, thus ensuring minimal disruption to neighboring businesses and residents. All the while, the project was delivered on time and within budget

4) Impressive Results: The finished office space showcases meticulous attention to detail and premium quality, wowing even the most seasoned visitors with its stunning design and functionality. This was while managing all site operations, safety compliance, and leading a multidisciplinary team.

The FA - St Georges Park

The Football Association – St George’s Park

As a lifelong football fan, contributing to the home of the England national football team at St George’s Park was a noteworthy highlight. Working on this prestigious project ahead of the Euro tournament was both an honor and a challenge, delivering exceptional results that I’m incredibly proud of.

Key Highlights:

1) Dual Projects: Managed two simultaneous, fast-paced projects, including the creation of a new physio suite and refurbishment of a leaking stadium area, ensuring that both were completed on time for the Euro tournament.

2) Critical Role: Delivered work that supported the England national football team’s preparations, as well as contributing to the world-class facilities at the FA’s training ground.

3) Client Satisfaction: Successfully met tight deadlines and overcame logistical challenges, alongside building strong relationships.

4) High-Quality Results: Exceeded client expectations by delivering exceptional work within set budget constraints, showcasing flexibility and problem-solving skills.
